Background

I'm Veda, a queer, aging riot grrrl currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. Originally from America and a product of the Seattle punk scene back in the 90s, I’ve lived and traveled all over the world before settling in Scotland. I’ve worked in art, punk rock, own a women’s wrestling promotion, and am a retired Dominatrix. Apart from reading tarot, I'm also currently studying with a professional mentor to develop ethical and evidence based mediumship skills. I am only in my first year of that, but am LOVING IT and so excited to see where that will lead me. (Please note, I am not ready to begin offering my mediumship readings professionally just yet) I’ve lived a pretty eclectic life and find it easy to relate to people from all walks of life. I aim to give my clients no nonsense answers to their most pressing questions in a clear and kind way.

Experience

In the beginning, I joined a community to offer free tarot readings for people all over the world as a way to verify the skills I had developed reading for friends, but 200+ readings later within that community and with overwhelmingly glowing reviews I found that I had unlocked something within myself. It was at this point when I started offering a limited amount of paid readings done via email for clients. I find channeling via tarot and the written word to flow easily and be incredibly helpful to those I’ve worked. I am now finding myself branching more into face to face and Zoom readings, which has added a whole new dimension to my readings. I feel like my tarot and channeling skills are deepening daily and know that I have found my true passion in life: being able to help people within every aspect of their lives that they choose to bring to me. I find helping others empower themselves with the messages delivered through the cards to be the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.

Methods

As a highly intuitive tarot reader, I use the cards to open a channel and get to the heart of the matter. I craft each spread specifically for your individual session and deliver your reading as a text document along with a photo of your cards so that you have a record that is easy to refer back to in the future. Because my aim is to be as clear as possible in reaching the desired outcome for each client I like to pull cards, not only relating to the direct question that is brought to me, but also cards that will indicate what to watch out for regarding this situation as well as things to embrace in order to secure the best path forward. I’ve found this really adds a helpful layer for you. I’m happy to take on a range of topics from love, career, general life direction, as well as more complicated family dynamics and most things in between. I do not, however, accept medical, fertility, or legal readings.
