Background

I have been reading Tarots since I was at the university (summer 1994) and by now I have more than 20 years of experience in Tarot reading. Although my main focus is on Tarot, I have knowledge of and high familiarity with other divination practices such as Lenormand and Kipper cards, coffee reading, I Ching, pendulum and runes.

I have developed a working approach to Tarot reading that focuses on intuition and empathy, which is influenced by my educational and professional background. In parallel with my activity as a Tarot Reader, I have worked many years in international development sector. This allowed me to live and work in different countries such as Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia and Haiti.

Thanks to my passion for esoteric spirituality, in each country I have been I approached and studied the different spiritual traditions and especially the divination methods practised there. This has shaped my vision of esoteric practices into an intuitive and syncretic path.

Additionally, my work in the international development sector put me in contact with different realities and people that have enhanced my empathetic skills. I believe that Tarot is a powerful tool for self-exploration and personal development.

Methods

I provide readings with two different cards: Tarot and Lenormand. Depending on the reading, I combine it with other divination practices such as Lenormand and Kipper cards, coffee reading, I Ching, pendulum and runes.

I am an intuitive card reader. During a reading session I follow my intuition’s messages and interpret the cards more through my own imagery and symbolism rather than strictly referring to commonly accepted card meanings. As a result, the reading is personalised to the client’s situation and question.

Additionally, I use a counselling approach in my card readings. This means that I integrate in my card readings counselling skills such as empathy and a non-judgemental stance. I aim to empower my clients. Therefore my card reading will not tell which resolution to take but it will give insight about the client's situation so that s/he can take an informed decision.
